Who?
4-6 volunteers (one of whom will be a Tamil/Sinhalese speaker) will form 1
team working in one of the above villages.
Each team will work closely with a local CBO (community based organisation)
and will be provided with a local English speaking guide.
Further there will be coordinators (experienced IC volunteers) in the District for
the duration of the project who will be making sure everything runs smoothly!
